- We put a fractional CTO team in and ran the workstreams in parallel: cloud migration, access-control remediation, the insurance track, documenting the stack.
- What changed
- A migration plan with enterprise-grade controls, a path to insurability, and the knowledge risk written down. Phase 2 is in build; figures come on delivery.
