Jarvis: Building an AI “Glue Person” for CXP
Why we built Jarvis, an AI “glue person” that captures context across teams and tools, cuts the repetitive work, and moves meetings from status updates to strategy.
The all-knowing glue person every team relies on, built as an AI system.
Vishnu and John explain why they built Jarvis, an AI system designed to act like the all-knowing “glue person” inside an organization. It helps teams capture context, reduce repetitive work, and move meetings away from operational updates toward more strategic discussions.
Building it was not straightforward. Organizations use different tools, people should not have to do extra work just to capture context, and privacy has to be managed carefully, especially where sensitive business or client information is involved.
Today Jarvis handles weekly updates, meeting action items, information retrieval, presentations and proposals, which leaves the team more time for strategy, creativity and higher-value decisions. The broader lesson: successful AI adoption takes more than technology. It takes the right people, processes, information flows and access controls.
When an episode gets specific
If something in an episode maps onto a business you have just bought or are about to, that is a different conversation and we are glad to have it.
